外源激素对半滑舌鳎早期性腺发育及生长的影响

为探讨外源激素对半滑舌鳎性腺发育、体长增长及存活率的影响,用雌二醇和甲基睾酮分别处理半滑舌鳎幼鱼,各设200μg/L,400μg/L,500μg/L三个浓度进行浸浴处理,以乙醇处理作为阴性对照组,未做任何处理的作为空白对照组,统计各组存活率并在实验的不同时间段分别观察实验鱼的体长的变化;激素处理30 d后,每隔5 d每组取样5尾,通过组织学H.E染色观察各实验组幼鱼性腺的发育情况。结果表明,在甲基睾酮和雌二醇的诱导下,半滑舌鳎幼鱼的生长情况均受到一定程度的抑制,雌二醇在半滑舌鳎幼鱼发育早期对其卵巢发育具有一定的促进作用,而甲基睾酮则起到了抑制的作用。

Effects of exogenous hormones on early gonadal development and the growth of the tongue sole Cynoglossus semilaevis

To investigate the effects of exogenous hormones on the survival rate,the growth of body length,and the gonadal development of tongue fish Cynoglossus semil-aevis.Methods:The juvenile fish were i mmersed in Estradiol-17β(E2)and 17α-Methyltestos-terone(MT)solution separately,each with 3 concentration of 200 μg/L,400 μg/L,500 μg/L.Treat-ment with ethanol as a negative control group,none treatment as a blank control group,the changes in body length and the mortality of the experimental fish at different periods in the experiment were observed;After hormone treatment for 30 days,each took 5 samples at intervals of five days,gonadal development of the experimental fish was studied by histol-ogical methods.Results:Under the influence of MT and E2,the growth of juvenile fish was subject to a certain degree of inhibition,E2 had a certain role in promoting the ovari-an d-evelopment of Cynoglossus semilaevis at early developmental stage and MT then played a role in inhibition.
