| 摘 要： | 患病草鱼具备细菌性烂鳃病的典型症状1],首先对病鱼进行临床诊断,初步判定草鱼烂鳃病病原类型为细菌型,为进-步确定病原菌,通过观察菌落形态、革兰氏染色、生化检验或免疫学检测2-4],确定病原为柱状噬纤维细菌。

| Abstract: | The sick grass carp possess typical symptoms of bacterial gill-rot disease1],firstly,doing the disease fish clinical diagnosis,preliminary determine that pathogen type of the grass carp gill-rot disease is Bacterial type,in order to further determine the pathogenic germ,by observing the colony morphology,gram stain,biochemical tests or immunoassay,4],determine that the pathogenic is Cytophaga columnaris germ. |
