摘    要:研究了3,3'-二甲基联苯胺对斑马鱼早期胚胎发育的表观毒性影响.试验证明4.32 mg/L以上高浓度的二甲基联苯胺都能导致斑马鱼受精卵发生卵黄凝聚,使胚胎发育终止而死亡.低浓度下2.16 mg/L的二甲基联苯胺对斑马鱼受精卵的发育有一定的毒害作用,但有近一半的胚胎存活,这可能是影响其胚胎发育成活的一个临界浓度;还发现低...

Abstract:The toxic effect of 3,3'-Dimethylbiphenyl-4,4'-diamine on the morphological characters of early embryonic development of zebrafish was studied in the present paper.The results showed that the yelk of zebrafish zygotes agglomerated,causing the embryo to stop growing and finally die when treated by high concentration(over 4.32 mg/L) of 3,3'-Dimethylbiphenyl-4,4'-diamine.Certain toxic effects on zygotes of zebrafish was observed,however,almost half of the embryos still survived when treated by 3,3'-Dimethylbiphenyl-4,4'-diamine of low concentration(below 2.16 mg/L),which indicated this low concentration is probably a critical one affecting the survival rate of embryonic development of zebrafish.In addition,accelerated embryonic development was also observed when treated by 3,3'-Dimethylbiphenyl-4,4'-diamine of low concentration(below 2.16 mg/L),its mechanism needs to be further studied.
