Joint toxicity experiment of three heavy metal on fry of Carassius auratus

In the condition of 20℃±1℃ water temperature and hydrostatic, used to have acute joint toxicity experiment on Carassius auratus Fries （lon Pb^2＋ .Cr^6＋ and Zn^2＋ were concentration ratio 1：1 ）. The experiment showed that the effect of Pb^2＋ with Cr^6＋ was synergistic, the half--lethal concentrations were 46.95 mg/L,35.42 mg/L,21.62 mg/L in 24 h,48 h and 96 h; two kinds of security con- centration were 6.05 mg/L,2. 16 mg/L. The effect of Pb^2＋ with Zn^2＋ was antagonism, the half--lethal concentrations were 29.69 mg/L,22.23 mg/L,19.08 mg/L in 24 h,48 h and 96 h; two kinds of security concentration were 3.74 mg/L,1.91 mg/L. The effect of Cr^6＋ with Zn^2＋ was synergistic, the half--lethal concentrations were 3.86 mg/L,11. 40 mg/L,9.99 mg/L; two kinds of security concentration was 2.31 mg/L,1.00 mg/L.
