摘    要:本文研究了水产常规药物高锰酸钾、孔雀石绿、久效磷晶体敌百虫对虹鳟幼鱼的急性毒性。实验发现虹鳟幼鱼对高锰酸钾溶液24、48、96h的中间忍受限(TLM)分别为1.65、1.56和0.35mg/L,高锰酸钾对虹鳟幼鱼的安全浓度为0.035mg/L,虹鳟幼鱼对孔雀石绿溶液12、24、38、96h的中间忍受限分别为0.280、0.250、0.126、0.100mg/L。孔雀石绿对虹鳟幼鱼的安全浓度为0.010mg/L。虹鳟幼鱼对久效磷敌百虫中性溶液12、24、48、96h的中间忍受限分别为6.68、3.74、1.57、0.49mg/L,敌百虫对虹鳟幼鱼的安全浓度为0.049mg/L。

Abstract:The acute toxicity of KMnO4. malachite green (C23H25N2Cl) and trichlorofon on juvenile rainbow trout was studied in this paper. The TLM of KMnO4 for juvenile rainbow trout was 1. 65% 1. 56% and 0. 35mg/L respectively after exopsing 12, 24, 48,96h in its solution. The security concentration of KMnO4 for juvenile rainbow trout was 0. 035 mg/L. The TLM of malachite green (C23H25N2Clfor juvenile rainbow trout was 0. 280,0. 250,0. 126,0. 100 mg/L respectively after exposing 12,24, 48,96h in its solution. The security concentration of malachite green (C23H25N2Cl) for juvenile rainbow trout was 0. 010 mg/L. The TLM of trichlorofon for juvenile rainbow trout was 6. 68, 3.74,1. 57,0. 49 mg/L respectively after exopsing 12,24,48,96h in its solution. The security concentration of trichlorofon for juvenile rainbow trout was 0. 049 mg/L.
