真鲷与黑鲷杂交子一代的胚胎发育

摘    要:以真鲷为母本,黑鲷为父本的人工杂交实验表明:在温度14.0~17.0℃的条件下,杂交卵50~72h孵出,受精率87.4%,孵化率80.2%,18.0~20℃,杂交卵胚胎畸形率7.3%~8%。

Abstract:The embryonic development of hybid combination between Pagrosomus major ♀ and Spraus macrocephalus ♂ was studied.The results showed the oosperm were hatched out in 36-72 h in the state of 14.0~18 ℃,with the fecundayion rate,87.4% and the hatching rate,80.2%.the oosperm were hatched out in 36~50h in the state of 17~19 ℃,the porprotion of malformations among larvae were 7%~8% in the state of 17~21℃.
