| 摘 要： | 设置了3个光照强度梯度和红、白、橙、绿、蓝5个光照颜色,研究光照对曼氏无针乌贼行为习性的影响。试验结果表明:曼氏无针乌贼对光色和光强都有反应,而且表现出正趋性;对于同一光强下的红、白、橙、绿4种光照颜色来说,曼氏无针乌贼较喜欢红光和绿光。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the habits of Sepiella maindroni de Rochebruns under illumination conditions of light grads and red、white、orange green、blue coloured lights were studied.The results showed:Sepiella maindroni de Rochebruns had phototactic reactions to different light intensions and light colores,and having positive trend;Sepiella maindroni de Rochebruns liked red and green colours under the same light grad. |
