摘    要:用6种保存方法对不同浓度水样中3种氮盐(NH3-N、NO2-N、NO3-N)参数的稳定性进行了7 d的保存效果比较研究。结果认为:(1)NH3-N:以5‰氯仿4℃条件为最佳保存方法,保存时间宜控制在5 d内;(2)NO2-N:以5‰甲醛4℃为最佳保存方法,保存时间宜控制在7 d内;(3)NO3-N:以5‰氯仿4℃条件为最佳保存方法,保存时间宜控制在2 d内;(4)NO3-N的保存稳定性相对较差,受NH3-N初始浓度及降解速度影响较大。

Abstract:Parameters of nitrogen(NH3-N、NO2-N、NO3-N) and stability of nitrogen in aquiculture water in seven days were studied to establish a suitable one from six preservation methods.As the result,the preservation contributions were different.(1) NH3-N: the optimal condition was of 5‰ formaldehyde,four centigrade and the retention time controls suitably in five days;(2) NO2-N: the optimal condition was of 5‰ formaldehyde,four centigrade and the retention time controls suitably in seven days;(3)NO3-N: the optimal condition was of 5% formaldehyde,four centigrade and the retention time controls suitably in two days;(4) The preserved stability NO3-N was relatively bad,the effect was bigger by initial density and degradation.
