摘    要:<正> 2 水产动物性别控制技术的实践和展望 2.1 单性苗种实践罗非鱼某些组合的种间杂交,其杂种的雄性比率达90%以上,甚至100%。该技术已广泛应用于生产。有效控制了养殖群体的过剩繁殖,增加商品鱼的规格和养殖产量1.5倍以上,取得了较大的经济效益。性激素诱导反转的单性群体的养殖,在全雌性莫桑比克罗非鱼、鲤鱼、虹鳟等许多鱼类有明显增产效果。中科院水产所采用杂交方法,使方正银鲫雌鱼与兴国红鲤雄鱼授精获得了具有生长优势的雌核发育后代“异育银鲫”,其生长

Abstract:In view of some of the characteristics of their sex determination, aquatic animals have an important significance as the objects of both genetic study and breeding practice. Many controlling of sex in aquatic animals can be attained by the application of chromosome engineering, physiological and biochemical techniques. There are many detailed reviews concerning the genetic breeding of aquatic animals at home and abroad. This paper is intended to expound the progress on the studies and application of sex control in aquatic animals, which includes the techniques in induced polyploid, and so on
