沧州沿岸浮游植物与赤潮生物研究

摘    要:于2006年5-10月在沧州沿岸设6个站点采样。鉴定表明,沧州海域共有浮游植物31属58种,优势种类有球形棕囊藻、中肋骨条藻、格氏圆筛藻等。浮游植物密度较高,最高1.8×106L-1(cells/L),最低52.7 L-1。多样性指数变化范围为0.0064~3.22,平均1.86。均匀度变化范围为0.0021~0.79,平均0.53。经单项营养指数和营养状态综合指数分析表明,沧州海域富营养化程度较高。调查共发现赤潮生物41种,其中球形棕囊藻在10月末引起赤潮。

Abstract:A study on phytoplankton in the coastal water of Cangzhou was carried out from May,2006 to October,2006.58 taxa were identified in total.Assorted dominant species included Skeletonema costatum,Coscinodiscus granii,Phaeocystis globosa,etc.The density of phytoplankton was from 52.7 L-1 to 1.80×106 L-1.The diversity index varied in the range of 0.0064~3.22 with an average of 1.86.The evenness levels varied in the range of 0.0021~0.79 with an average of 0.53.Analysis of nutrient concentration during the study period revealed that the coastal water of Cangzhou was eutrophic.Among the 58 species,41 were red tide causative species.A red tide events caused by Phaeocystis globosa was recorded in October,2006.
