发酵黄芪对山瑞鳖稚鳖生长性能的影响

摘    要:采用单因素试验方法,研究发酵黄芪对山瑞鳖(Palea steindachneri)稚鳖生长的影响。选用960只稚鳖,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复80只。以基础饲料(幼鳖粉料)为对照组,试验组分别在基础饲料中添加0.2%、0.4%、0.6%发酵黄芪,饲养60 d。结果显示:1~#、2~#、3~#试验组稚鳖的增重率、成活率均显著高于0~#对照组(P<0.05),饲料系数显著低于0~#对照组(P<0.05);试验组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),以0.4%发酵黄芪组综合效果最好,与0~#对照组比,其均末重、成活率分别提高了31.86%、8.26%,饲料系数降低了14.58%。试验结果表明:发酵黄芪能显著促进稚鳖生长、提高成活率和饲料利用率的作用。

Abstract:A single factor experiment was used in this test to explore the influence of fermented astragalus on the growth of juvenile wattle-necked softshell turtles.A total of 960 juvenile softshell turtles were selected and randomly divided into 4 levels for processing.The experiment was repeated in 3 groups for each level.Each gronp contained 80 turtles.The basal feed(powder for young softshell turtles)was taken as the control group,while 0.2%,0.4%and 0.6%fermented astragalus were added to the basal feed in the experimental groups respectively.The feeding time was set to be 60 days.Results showed that the weight gain rate and the survival rate of juvenile softshell turtles in 1^#,2^#and 3^#were both significantly higher than those in 0^#control groups(P<0.05),and the feed coefficient was significantly lower than that in 0^#control groups(P<0.05).The difference among the experimental groups was insignificant(P>0.05),and the comprehensive effect of 0.4%fermented astragalus was the optimal.Compared with 0^#control groups,the average final weight and survival rate were improved by 31.86%and 8.26%respectively,with the feed coefficient decreasing by 14.58%.Experimental results showed that fermented astragalus could significantly promote the growth of juvenile softshell turtles as well as their survival rate and feed utilization.
