鲤鱼对二溴海因的耐受性研究

摘    要:以二溴海因为消毒剂 ,设置了四个浓度梯度 ,对鲤鱼进行了耐受性研究 ,得出了鲤鱼对二溴海因的安全用量范围。试验采用静水试验法 ,分为预备试验和正式试验两部分 ,每组试验周期 4 8h,试验鱼尾数 10尾。在试验过程中记录每组浓度梯度在 12h、2 4h、36h和 4 8h试验鱼的中毒症状和死亡尾数 ,根据试验鱼的死亡率及死亡时间 ,利用半对数坐标用直线内插法求出二溴海因对鲤鱼的半致死浓度 12hTLM ,2 4hTLM ,36hTLM和 4 8hTLM分别为 88.5mg/L ,80mg/L ,77.4mg/L和 76 .2mg/L ,通过公式求得安全浓度为 7.6 2mg/L。通过本次试验验证了二溴海因是一种健康的、安全的、环保型的消毒剂 ,可广泛应用于水产养殖中

Abstract:That experiment adopts nipagard reagent as disinfectant and sets up four gradients with consistency,which are used to research for the endurance of carps to disinfectant.From the experiment we derive the using range of the security quantity of nipagard reagent.The experiment takes the means of still water and formal experiment.And the period of each part is 48 hour using ten tails of carps as attempt.In the course of experiment,we pin down the record of the poisoning symptom of the gradient of consistency,which is separately 12h,24h,36h and 48h.According to the time and the rate of death,using the means of inserting straight line,we get and count out the quantity of the sistency of causing the corps to half death wich is seperately 12hTLM,24hTLM,36hTLM and 48hTLM is 88.5mg/L,80mg/L,77.4mg/Land 76.2 mg/L.We work out the safe consistency is 7.62mg/L form the formula.We can learn and approve that nipagard reagent is a kind of disinfectan that is healthy,safe and chractrizing environmental protection.It can be wide adopted in the aquatics.
