| 摘 要： | 饲料添加剂是在基础饲料的生产加工或使用过程中添加微量物质,具有强化基础饲料营养价值,节省饲料成本,提高动物生产性能,改善肌肉品质等作用。目前国内外对饲料添加剂的研究众多,为突出饲料添加剂对水产动物在不同方面的影响,本文综述了饲料添加剂对水产动物生长性能、营养成分及免疫中的应用进展。

| Abstract: | Feed additives are the combination of base feed and trace substances adding during the production,processing or feeding,which is able to strengthen the nutritional value of basic feed,save the feed cost,improve the animal production performance and muscle quality.At present,many researches have been conducted on feed additives at home and abroad.In order to highlight the effects of feed additives on aquatic animals in different aspects,the application of feed additives to aquatic animal growth performance,nutrient composition and immunity was reviewed. |
