| Abstract: | Larimichthys crocea（Richardson）is one of the most important marine economic breeding fish in China, its muscle quality in traditional net cage is inferior to wild fish obviously. In this paper, the nutrient components and evaluation （ normal composition of nutrition and free amino acids） of Larimichthys crocea in different culture conditions（ seine net and traditional net cage） were measured in the near sea area. The results showed that crude protein, total amino acids, flavor and tasty amino acids content in the muscle of large yellow croaker in seine net were significant higher than those of traditional net cage （P-C0.05）,meanwhile,the essential amino acids , non--essential acids were higher than traditional net cage, and the crude fat content was notable lower than traditional net cage （P〈0.05）. However, the moisture content and crude ash content had not significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. The nutrient components of large yellow croaker in seine net were superior to those who culture in tradi- tional net cage obviously, it may be a feasible way to improve meat quality of large yellow croaker through altering the culture conditions such as culture in seine net . |
