基于渔业生态足迹广东海洋渔业生态可持续利用评价

渔业资源可持续利用是渔业经济发展的基础,是维持渔业资源动态平衡的条件。通过建立渔业生态足迹模型,对广东海洋渔业生态足迹及生态承载力定量分析,结果显示,近十年来,广东海洋渔业生态足迹和渔业生态承载力都呈下降趋势,渔业生态足迹值均高于渔业资源生态承载力,广东海洋渔业资源处于生态超载状态。针对生态超载累积效应所引起的渔业资源衰退问题,本文结合广东海洋渔业资源利用现状及补偿实践,提出实现海洋渔业生态可持续发展的对策建议。

Evaluation of the Ecological Sustainable Utilization of Guangdong Marine Fisheries Based on the Ecological Footprint

Sustainable utilization of marine fishery resources holds the base for the fishery economy de-velopment,and plays key role in maintaining the dynamic balance of fisheries resources.By establis-hing the ecological footprint model in fisheries,the marine fishery ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Guangdong province are analyzed,the result shows that,marine fishery ecological footprint and fishery ecological carrying capacity in Guangdong undergo the decline trend,and the ma-rine fishery ecological footprint figures were higher than marine fishery ecological carrying capacity, which indicates that the marine fishery resources has been in a state of ecological overload.For the fisheries resources decline caused by accumulation of ecological overload,countermeasures are pro-posed to maintain the fishery resources dynamic balance,and realize the marine fishery ecological sus-tainable development.
