摘    要:海刺猬(Glyptocidaris crenularis)是海胆中经济价值较高的一种,因其性腺品质较高,具有很大的市场潜力。然而,其生长发育却极易受到环境因素的影响,这也就制约了海刺猬人工养殖的开展。在适温(18.5~23.6℃)条件下,对41‰、38‰、35‰、32‰、29‰、26‰、23‰、20‰、17‰九个盐度下,海刺猬的活力、摄食和存活状况进行了初步的观察和分析。实验结果表明,盐度会对海刺猬的活力、摄食和存活产生影响。在盐度为29‰、32‰、35‰组中海刺猬的状态良好,活力较强;盐度过高或过低,都会抑制海刺猬的摄食。而在出现死亡的各组中,高盐度组(38‰、41‰)出现死亡现象的时间早于低盐组(17‰),同时其存活率低于低盐组。因此,相对于高盐度来说,海刺猬具有一定的低盐耐受力。研究表明,在适温(18.5~23.6℃)条件下,海刺猬的最适盐度为29‰~32‰。

Effect of Salinity on Vitality,Feeding and Survival of the Sea Urchin Gly ptocidaris crenularis under Optimal Temperature
Abstract:Glyptocidaris crenularis has become one of the most economically valuable sea urchins .Due to the good quality of its gonad ,G .crenularis has a very good prospect in aquaculture ,however ,G .cre‐nularis was highly influenced by environmental factors ,which will restrict its farming .Under optimal temperature (18 .5~23 .6 ℃) ,vitality ,feeding and survival of G .crenularis were observed ,recorded and analyzed under the salinity of 41‰ ,38‰ ,35‰ ,32‰ ,29‰ ,26‰ ,23 ,20‰ and 17‰ respectively . The results showed that ,salinity have effects on vitality ,feeding and survival in the sea urchin G .cre‐nulari .In the salinity group of 29‰ ,32‰ and 35‰ ,the sea urchin showd a strong vitality .And inap‐propriate salinity can restrain its feeding ,however ,in the death groups ,the individuals in high salinity groups (38‰ ,41‰) died earlier than those in low salinity groups (17‰) .And the survival rates of sea urchins in high salinity groups (38‰ ,41‰) were lower than those in low salinity groups (17‰) . Thus ,comparing to the high salinity ,G .crenulari was able to tolerant low salinity .This study showed that the optimal salinity for sea urchin G .crenulari is 29‰ ~32‰ under optimal temperature (18 .5~23 .6 ℃) .
