东海区主要经济鱼类开捕规格的初步研究

摘    要:根据1997-2000年东海区底拖网渔、№资源调查资料,以Beverton—Holt模型的单位补充量渔获最方程估算东海区18种主要经济鱼类的最适开捕年龄。运用von Bertalanffy,丰长方程估算最适开捕体长。结合鱼类生长的拐点年龄、临界年龄和初届性成熟年龄的体长,以及各鱼种实测最小性成熟体长,确定开捕规格。结果表明,目前东海区产量较高的带鱼(Trichiurus japonicus)和小黄鱼(Larimichthys polyactis)的建议开捕规格分别应为体长230mm和170mm。调整后的开捕规格与旧开捕规格相比,带鱼、短尾大眼鲷(Priacanthus macracanthus)、灰鲳(Pampus cinereus)、自姑鱼(Argyrosomus argentatus)均有所增大,小黄鱼、银鲳(Pampus argenteus)的开捕规格有所减小,变化较小的有蓝点马鲛(Scomberomorus niphonius)、日本鲭(Somber japonicus)、慌圆鲹(Decapterus maruadsi)等。建议以这18种主要经济鱼类为指标种类,制定新的法定开捕体长和幼鱼比例检查措施,实现东海区渔业资源的可持续利用。

First capture sizes of major commercial fishes in the East China Sea Region

Abstract:Based on bottom trawl fishery resources investigation in the East China Sea during 1997-2000,Beverton-Holt model was used to estimate optimum ages at first capture ages for 18 major commercial fishes in the East China Sea Region.The optimum first capture sizes was calculated according von Bertalanffy growth equation.Then the sizes at first capture standards were recommended based on considerations on their ages at points of inflection,critical ages,modal length at first maturity,as well as minimum length at maturity in surveys.That is to say,such aspects were considered as(1)having spawned eggs at least once,(2)protecting one year old fish to leave supplementary population,(3)making full use of every fish and keeping the resources stable.Moreover the fishery reality and interest of fisherman were considered.The result showed that the sizes at first capture for Trichiurus japonicus and Larimichthys polyactis should be 230 mm and 170 mm respectively.Comparing with existing legal sizes at first capture,the recommended size for Trichiurus japonicus was 13% higher than those of Jiangsu and Fujian and 36% higher than that of Zhejiang.The remarkable change is related to the excessive minimization.At the same time,this change is in favor of the resumption and utilization of Trichiurus japonicus.The recommended sizes for pelagic fishes such as Scomberomorus niphonius,Scomber japonicus,Decapterus maruadsi were between the existing legal sizes in Jiangsu and Zhejiang,and the legal sizesin Fujian.It is correlative with the low-grade minimization and fast change and resumption of these species.In a word,the recommended sizes at first capture for Trichiurus japonicus,Priacanthus macracanthus,Pampus cinereus,and Argyrosomus argentatus had increased,while the sizes for Larimichthys polyactis and Pampus argenteus had decreased,and those that shew little changes were for Scomberomorus niphonius,Scomber japonicus,Decapterus maruadsi and so on.It was suggested that the sizes at first capture of the 18 major commercial fishes be used as standard species to establish new legal lengths at first capture and measure of inspecting the percentage of young fish,in order to realize rational and surtainable utilization of the fishery resources in the East China Sea Region.
