摘    要:利用模拟养殖系统,在黄海水产研究所麦岛实验基地进行贝藻混养实验,选用栉孔扇贝(Chlamys farreri)和海带(Laminaria japonica Aresch)作为研究对象,对其生态系中各生态因子在互利机制中的作用及其与对养殖效果的影响进行分析。在本实验条件(水温6~12℃,盐度32~33,光照1500-4500lx)下,各项作用因子对各养殖模式的影响从大到小依次为:营养条件综合指数、生活条件综合指数、环境条件综合指数、浮游植物可利用系数、浮游植物生产量、NH4 N、DO;作用因子限制性较强的模式中影响力从大到小为:营养条件综合指数、生活条件综合指数、浮游植物生产量、环境条件综合指数、浮游植物可利用系数、NH4 N、DO。

Abstract:Three kinds of effective factors were designed at environmental,nutrient and livable levels to evaluate the mutually beneficial mechanism in polyculture-ecosystem of scallop Chlamys farreri and kelp Laminaria japonica. The relationship between the effect factors and cultural output was analyzed. Moreover,the optimized pattern of the first stage was checked to seek for more suitable ratio of fish to kelp for polyculture. Under the conditions of the experiment,the output is more than other patterns in Pattern SK2 and effect factors in Pattern SK3 limited cultural output more than those in other patterns. On the effect-factors level,the order of relative importance between each effective factor and cultural output is as follow:nutrient composite index,livable composite index,environment composite index,utilization coefficient of phytoplankton,production of phytoplankton,livable composite index,NH+_4-N,DO;in Pattern SK2,nutrient composite index,production of phytoplankton,environment composite index,utilization coefficient of phytoplankton,NH+_4-N,DO.
