| Abstract: | The orthogonal design method of 4 factors at 3 levels was employed inthe experiment, and casein was used as protein resource for the prawn Penaeus chinesis infeeding experiment twice, each in a period of 3 weeks, The results indicated thatpantothenic acid, biotin,folic acid and Vit.B_(12) had significant effect on the growth ratein length and weight as well as survival rate of the prawn. The experiment results showedthat the suitable amount of the four vitamins per kilogram food were: calciumpantothenate 100mg, biotin 0.4mg, folic acid 5mg and B_(12) 0.01 m, as the length ofprawn was 5.4- 6.5cm; and the folic acid 10mg, B_(12) 0.02mg as the length of prawn was6.6- 7.1 cm. The various symptoms of the prawn in lacking of the vitamins mentionedabove were discussed as well. |
