微粒饲料中鱼油n-3HUFA的分子结构对真鲷仔稚鱼生长、存活的影响

摘    要:制备3种基本组成相同、添加不同类型鱼油的微粒饲料。将3种微粒饲料分别投喂真鲷(Pagrus major)仔鱼,探讨了微粒饲料中鱼油n—3HUFA的不同分子结构对真鲷仔、稚鱼生长、存活的影响。25d的养殖试验结果表明,虽然饲料2中n-3HUFA的含量高于饲料1中n—3HUFA的含量,饲料3中n—3HUFA的含量同饲料1中n—3HUFA的含量相等,但是用饲料1投喂的真鲷仔、稚鱼的全长、成活率要优于分别用饲料2和饲料3投喂的真鲷仔、稚鱼的全长、成活率。而且,用饲料1投喂的真鲷仔、稚鱼体内n-3HUFA和DHA的含量高于用饲料2和饲料3投喂的真鲷仔、稚鱼体内n—3HUFA和DHA的含量,这说明真鲷仔、稚鱼对天然鱼油的消化、吸收要优于对乙酯化鱼油的消化、吸收。

The effects of molecular structure of n-3HUFA in fish oil of microdiets on the growth and survival of red seabream larvae

Abstract:Three kinds of microdiets( Diet 1, Diet 2 and Diet 3, respectively) were prepared, with similar basic components and different types of added fish oils. The fish oil added to Diet 1 was natural fish oil(triacylglycerols of n-3HUFA), with added amount of 6.0%. Fish oil added to Diet 2 and Diet 3 was ethyl esters of fish oil(ethyl esters of n-3HUFA), with added amounts of 6.0% and 2.86%, respectively. The content of n-3HUFA in Diet 1 was equal to that of n-3HUFA in Diet 3. The content of n-3HUFA in Diet 2 was higher than that of n-3HUFA in Diet 1. Three kinds of prepared diets were respectively fed to red seabream(Pagrus major) larvae to investigate the effects of molecular structure of n-3HUFA in fish oil of microdiets on the growth and survival of red seabream larvae. The results of 25 days' feeding experiment indicated that the growth and survival of red seabream larvae fed with Diet 1 were superior to those of red seabream larvae fed with Diet 2 and Diet 3, although the content of n-3HUFA in Diet 2 was higher than in Diet 1, and the content of n-3HUFA in Diet 3 was equal to that of n-3HUFA in Diet 1. Furthermore, the contents of n-3HUFA and DHA in bodies of red seabream larvae fed with Diet 1 were higher than those of n-3HUFA and DHA in bodies of red seabream larvae fed with Diet 2 and Diet 3. The results showed that the digestion and absorption of natural fish oil for red seabream larvae were superior to those of ethyl esters of fish oil.
