| 摘 要： | 通过对乙酰丙酮法测定水产品中甲醛含量方法学和测定结果不确定度的研究，系统分析了该法测定水产品中甲醛含量不确定度的来源，并对各不确定度分量进行量化，提出了该法的合成不确定度。 |
