牡蛎的营养和降糖作用研究

摘    要:研究了牡蛎的营养价值和降糖作用,并对牡蛎提取物进行了分离。牡蛎的营养分析表明,牡蛎具有丰富的鲜味氨基酸,其必需氨基酸种类齐全。但经氨基酸评分看出牡蛎又是非平衡蛋白质,糖原和牛磺酸的含量高是牡蛎的另一个显著特点,是研究牡蛎降糖作用的基础。通过对牡蛎降糖作用的研究表明,牡蛎提取物对降低血糖、尿糖,改善临床症状效果显著。

Abstract:The study researched the nutritional value and sugar-lowered action of Crassostrea talienwhanensis while separating its abstracts. The nutritional analysis showed that Crassostrea talienwhanensis contained whole protein with kind-whole Essential Amino Acid (EAA) and rich Delicious Amino Acid(DAA) while it was not a balance protein through amino acid scores; in the meantime, there were higher glycogen and taurine in Crassostrea talienwhanensis, and this was the basis of studying sugar-lowered action. The sugar-lowered action experiments through animal experiments and clinical experiments showed that the abstracts had obvious effects on lowering blood sugar and urine sugar and improving clinical symptom.
