摘    要:采用 DAPI染色显微荧光方法 ,连续观察了虾夷扇贝×栉孔扇贝的正反交受精细胞学过程。无论正交或反交 ,精子均可正常入卵 ;受精卵能顺利完成第 1次、第 2次减数分裂 ,排出第一、第二极体 ;精子和卵子内的各一套染色体融合后 ,形成二倍体的合子进入正常的细胞分裂 ,其发育过程同母本

Abstract:The fertilized eggs of the reciprocal crossing between Chlamys farreri and Patinopecten yesoensis stained with DAPI were continually observed by fluorescent microscope. The result showed that the sperm could be incorporated into oocyte, the fertilized eggs of the reciprocal crossing could finish the first and the second meiotic division smoothly and release the first and the second polar body, after the chromosomes from sperm and oocyte had mixed together, the diploid zygote nucleus was formed and it could devide normally, and the hybrid embryo could develop the same as inbred embryo of the maternal scallops.
