摘    要:X用维生素C(Vc)含量为0~2500mg/kg的配合饲料连续投喂大菱鲆70d后,测定大菱鲆血液白细胞的总数、吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活性和总补体活性。结果表明,饲料中Vc含量增加到250mg/kg,白细胞总数明显增加,进一步提高Vc含量,白细胞总数没有显著变化;血清溶菌酶活性在Vc含量为250mg/kg时最高,其他各组无显著性差异;添加Vc的各试验组的总补体活性明显地高于对照组,但是添加Vc的各组之间的总补体活性没有显著性差别;Vc含量对白细胞的吞噬活性没有影响。

Abstract:To determine the effect of dietary vitamin C(Vc) on the non-specific immune response of turbot (Scophthalmus maximus),specimens were fed diets containing 0~2 500 mg/kg Vc in the form of ascorbate polyphosphate for 70 days. Total number of leucocyte, phagocytic activities of leucocyte, serum lysozyme activities and total complement activities were examined at the end of the experiment. The results showed that the total number of leucocyte increased significantly when dietary Vc level was at 250 mg/kg ,but even more amount of Vc led to no improvement .The serum lysozyme activities reached the highest values at the dietary Vc level of 250 mg/kg, while no significant difference existed in other amount of Vc. Specimens fed Vc supplemented diet showed more significant enhancement in total complement than fish fed no Vc supplement, but no significant difference existed in Vc supplement group. Phagocytic activities of leucocyte were unaffected by dietary Vc.
