| 摘 要： | 对南通沿海滩涂23个贝类样品中的重金属Hg、Cd、Cr、Pb、Cu、总砷、无机砷含量进行了检验分析，采用国家标准对检验结果进行评价，认为南通沿海经济贝类体内重金属总体含量较低，可以供人群安全食用。

| Abstract: | Heavy metals of mercury, cadmium, lead, chromium, copper and arsenic in samples of 23 shellfishes collected from Nantong coastal areas were analyzed. Adopting national standard, the inspection result was appraised.As a whole, the quality of economic shellfish organism near Nantong coastal areas is still good. offering for crowd eatable is safe. |
