摘    要:采用乳化油直接添加法,用n-3高度不饱和脂肪酸(n-3HUFA)含量不等的4种乳化油分别强化轮虫、卤虫活饵料,培育4组黑鲷仔鱼和稚鱼,各自历时15d,结果表明,n-3HUFA对黑鲷仔鱼和稚鱼的生长和存活均有重要影响。在该条件下,轮虫体内n-3HUFA含量为0.233%(湿重计),卤虫体内n-3HUFA含量为4.273%(湿重计)时,仔鱼和稚鱼达到最佳生长和成活率。

Abstract:The requirements of dietary n-3 HUFA for the growth and survival of black sea bream(Sparus macrocephalus) larvae were tested using rotifers and Anemia with various levels of n-3 HUFA respectively. Four treatments for rotifers differing in the relative content of their n3 HUFA(6. 2, 12. 0, 31. 1, 40. 7mg/100mg TFA) and those for Artemia differing in the relative content of their n-3 HUFA (32. 0, 33. 0, 35. 1, 36. 2mg/100mg TFA)were prepared by feeding them various oil emulsions respectively.The results indicated that dietary n-3 HUFA significantly influence fish n-3 HUFA levels and are necessary for good growth and survival in black sea bream lavae. The optimal value of n-3HUFA level in rotifers and in Artemia should be respectively 0. 233%(wet weight)and 4.273%(wet weight)for the best growth and survival in black sea bream larvae and the optimal value of DHA and EPA level in Artemia should be 0.873%(wet weight)for the best growth and survival of black sea bream larvae.
