| 摘 要： | 在封闭的容器内,设置不同的温度梯度,进行不同规格的曼氏无针乌贼对溶解氧耐受力的实验.采用隔膜法检测实验过程中不同阶段的溶解氧,及结合乌贼养殖生产实际情况,研究其对溶解氧耐受情况.结果表明曼氏无针乌贼耗氧率与水温成正比例关系、与个体体重成反比例关系,耗氧率为146.0～431.4mg/kg·h-1,窒息点为1.96～3....
