甘露寡糖对鱼类生长效果的Meta分析

采用Meta分析法,分析甘露寡糖对鱼类增重率、特定生长率和饵料系数的影响,以评价甘露寡糖对鱼类是否有促进生长作用,为甘露寡糖作为鱼类促长添加剂提供参考依据。使用计算机检索CNKI数据库,搜索甘露寡糖对鱼类生长影响的相关研究文献,对符合纳入标准的文献进行提取数据和Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献12篇,与空白对照组相比,添加组的增重率、特定生长率显著高于对照组,且具有统计学意义MD=24.77,95%CI=(11.92,37.61),P=0.000 2]MD=0.10,95%CI=(0.07,0.13),P0.000 01],而饵料系数显著低于对照组,且具有统计学意义MD=-0.16,95%CI=(-0.24,-0.08),P=0.000 1]。结论:甘露寡糖具有提高鱼类增重率和特定增长率、降低鱼类饵料系数的作用。

A Meta-analysis of the growth promoting effect of mannan oligosaccharide to fish

Using Meta-analysis, the article analyzed the effect of mannan oligosaccharide on weight gain rate, specific growth rate and feed coefficient of fishes, then expounded whether mannan oligosaccharide could play a promoting role on fish growth, and provided a scientific reference to the health of the fish breed-ing. Using the computer retrieval CNKI database, collecting literatures about the growth promoting effect of mannan oligosaccharide to fish, the paper extracted the data and made Meta-analysis on literature that met the standards. Results:A total of 12 studies were included. The results of Meta-analyses showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of experimental group significantly improved than controlled group MD=24. 77 , 95%CI= ( 11. 92 , 37. 61 ) , P <0. 000 01 ] MD=0. 10 , 95%CI= ( 0. 07 , 0. 13 ) , P<0. 000 01 ] , while the food coefficient of fish of experimental group was significantly below than controlled group MD= -0. 16 , 95%CI= ( -0. 24 , -0. 08 ) , P<0. 000 01 ] . Conclusion: Mannan oligosaccha-ride could significantly improve the fish weight gain rate and the specific growth rate, and significantly reduce the food coefficient of fish.
