4种单胞藻对卤虫生长和生殖影响的比较研究

以亚心形扁藻、小球藻、湛江等鞭金藻、绿色巴夫藻为饵料,卤虫为投喂对象,建立五个实验组分别进行研究,观察不同饵料对卤虫生长和生殖的影响,结果表明:投喂亚心形扁藻的卤虫生长最快,成活率高,生殖量也最多,其次为绿色巴夫藻组,湛江等鞭金藻的饵料效果最差.混合4种单胞藻投喂的效果也较好.

Effects of Four Species of Unicellular Algae on the Growth and Reproduction of Artemia sp.

The effects of sevesal baits(Platymonas subcordiformis,Chlorella sp.,Isochrysis zhanjianggensis,Pavlova viridis and their combination) on the growth and reproduction of Artemia sp.were studied in this paper.The results showed that the group of Artemia sp.fed on Platymonas subcordiformis grew fastestly and had the higher survival rate and the highest reproduction frequency,and the average numbers and total numbers of offspring of the group were also higher than the other groups.It could be concluded that Platymonas subcordiformis was the best bait for Artemia sp.,and Pavlova viridis was better,and Isochrysis zhanjianggensis was the worst.The effect of feeding Artemia sp.by the combination of these four unicellular algae is better too.
