摘    要:本文报道了2010年至2011年,采用两种粒径不同的海沙培育裸体方格星虫中苗的效果比较。结果表明,星虫苗在粒径250~500μm的海沙中养殖,比在粒径63~250μm的海沙中养殖更具有明显的生长优势和较高的存活率。铺设适宜粒径的海沙是提高裸体方格星虫苗种中间培育生长率和存活率的重要因素。

Abstract:A growth experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of two sizes of marine sands on the growth and surviva1 rate of Sipunculus nudus L.in intermediate culture stage in 2010 and 2011.The results showed that the larva of Sipunculus nudus L.had a growth advantage and a higher surviva1 rate cultured in marine sand of 250~500 μm than those which cultured in marine sand of 63~250 μm.The results indicated that the size of marine sand was important to improve Sipunculus nudus L's intermediate culture.
