摘    要:为探明刺松藻海区养殖期间生长与光照强度、温度之间的关系,开展了刺松藻海区养殖效果研究。结果表明,刺松藻能在较宽的温度范围内生存和生长,水温在25℃以下时,生长速度随温度的升高而加快;水温在25-30℃之间时刺松藻仍能生长,但生长速度随温度的升高而减慢,水温30℃以上时藻体顶端开始变白,停止生长。同时刺松藻不同生长阶段对光照强度要求有明显的差异,养殖前期(第1d到40d左右),在水深0.5m处的生长速度最快(0.067±0.008 cm.d-1);养殖中期(第60d到90d),在水深1.5m处生长速度最快(0.144±0.010 cm.d-1);整个养殖过程中,以1.0m的水深处平均生长速度最快(0.256±0.027 cm.d-1)、产量最高。

Abstract:Experiments on growth of Codium fragile were conducted to reveal the relationship among growth,temperature and illumination intensity.The result showed that Codium thalli were capable of survival and growth in a wide temperature range.Growth rate increased as temperature increased up to 25°C,while reduced at temperature of 25-30°C.The need of light intensity for C.fragile has obvious difference in different development stages.During the previous stage of cultivation(Stage I),the greatest growth rate occurred at 0.5 m depth(0.067±0.008 cm·d-1),during the middle stage of cultivation(Stage II),the greatest growth rate occurred at a depth of 1.5 m(0.144±0.010 cm·d-1).For the whole stage of the cultivation,yield and average growth rate achieved the greatest at 1 m depth(0.256±0.027 cm·d-1).
