马氏珠母贝亲代选择对子一代的影响

摘    要:研究了马氏珠母贝不同亲本规格对后代的影响,以期为育种和苗种生产中的亲贝选择提供科学的理论指导。试验从来自同一养殖群体的2000个随机个体马氏珠母贝中选取规格最大(壳长55.89±1.65mm)、中等(壳长48.55±0.81mm)、最小(壳长42.22±2.51mm)的性成熟个体各50个作为亲贝(♀∶♂=1∶1),按规格分成大、中、小3组,分别进行各组内亲本个体群交,在相同环境及试验条件下分析亲本选择对子代生产性能的影响。结果表明,大规格亲贝优于中规格亲贝(P〈0.05);中规格亲贝优于小规格亲贝(P〈0.05);马氏珠母贝亲代选择对子一代生产性能具有显著影响(P〈0.05)。这表明马氏珠母贝大规格亲贝群交后代表现出明显的生长优势,截断选择策略有效。

Abstract:In order to provide science theoretical reference for the breeding and seedling production of Pinctada martenaii ( Dunker), the effect of parental selection on first filial generation was studied. In the experiment the same culture population of 2000 individuals ofPinctada martensii (Dunker) was divided into 3 groups according to shell length: large group (shell length 55. 89 ± 1.65mm), middle group ( shell length 48.55 ± 0. 81 ram) and small group ( shell length 42. 22 ± 2. 51 nun), and 50 individuals (♀∶♂ = 1 : 1 ), which as parents were sexually matured and of the same age, were chosen from 3 groups, respectively. Group mating experiments were carried out within each group of parents selected, respectively. Under identical environmental and experimental conditions, selection on the growth performance of group - fertilized progeny was examined. Results showed that large - size parents were better than middle ones ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; middle - size parents were superior to small - size ones ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; parental selection of Pinctada martensii (Dunker) had significant effect on the growth performance of group - fertilized progeny ( P 〈 0. 05 ). This show that the group - fertilized progeny of large - size parents displayed marked growth ad- vantage, and the strategy of truncation selection is effective and should be adopted practically.
