饲料中添加复方中草药对哲罗鱼生长、存活及部分生化指标的影响

在饲料中添加几种自拟中草药复方药剂，研究其对平均体重0．08—0．10kg的1＋龄哲罗鱼（Huchotaimen）增重率、死亡率以及血液组织中部分生化指标的影响。实验组30尾，饲养在室内水族箱（0．90m×0．50m×0．45m）中，每天按照鱼体重的2．O％投喂饲料，对照组投喂不含中草药添加剂的饲料，每组设平行组。实验结束后，对各组的增重率和死亡率进行统计并对鱼体进行采样，进行生化指标的测定。结果显示，复方五对鱼体的增重效果显著；所有复方实验组鱼皆没有死亡；生化指标方面，复方二明显提高血清中总蛋白、白蛋白，及球蛋白的含量；复方一能明显升高乳酸脱氢酶的含量；复方二组、复方三组尿素氮在血清中的含量明显升高；其余几项生化指标与对照组相比没有明显变化。实验结果表明，在饲料中添加不同的中草药方剂对哲罗鲑血液中部分生化指标的改变与药物种类和剂量密切相关。

Effects of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Growth, Survival and Biochemical Indices in Taimen Hucho taimen

Compound Chinese herbal medicine were added in the feed of 1＋ age Hucho taimen and the influence of the herbal medicine on the body weight and some biochemical indexes in blood of the fish were studied. There were 30 individuals in each group including experiment groups and a control group, and each group had a parallel group, fed diets contained different Chinese herbal medicine or not at rate of 2.0% according to body weight. When the feeding experiment finished, body weight and death rate were counted and the samples were adopted for determining biochemical indexes. The results showed that Compound 5 can significantly increase the weight of fish, Fish of all compound groups hadn＇t died. In the biochemical indexes, compound 2 could obvious improve the content of total protein, albumin, and globulin of content; compound 1 could obviously rise the content of lac- tate dehydrogenase; The content of urea nitrogen increase obviously in compound 2 and compound 3; no significant changes were found for the remaining several biochemical indicators compared to controlled group. The conclusion was drawn that, variation of blood biochemical indexes of Hucho taimen are closely related to the types and dosage of Chinese herbal medicine in feed.
