摘    要:DNA条形码技术(DNA Barcoding)是一种用短的标准DNA片段快速、准确地识别与鉴定物种的技术。近年来,物种分类和生物多样一直是研究的热点,目前DNA条形码开始广泛应用于生物的遗传多样性研究。本文主要概述了DNA条形码技术的原理、标准基因片段,着重阐述了其在生物分类学和遗传多样性等研究中的应用及其局限性,展望了其发展状况、应用前景和意义。

Abstract:DNA Barcoding as a method for rapid and accurate species identification based on a standard and short DNA fragments has become one of hotspots of species identification and biodiversity research in the past few years. Currently, DNA barcoding is widely used in genetic diversity as a core issue in biodiversity research. The development, principles, standard gene fragments, and steps of DNA barcodes are described, focusing on the application of DNA barcoding in the study of biological taxonomy and genetic diversity. The research prospects, significance of its application and limitations are discussed.
