摘    要:依据GB11894—89,对测定水质总氮时空白吸光值过高的现象进行了分析。对不同纯度的K2S2O试剂,不同等级的试验用水,不同方式洗涤的玻璃器眦和不同消解时间等四项因素进行了比对试验,结果选用经阴阳离子交换树脂处理的去离子水,(1+35)HzSO。浸泡的玻璃器呷‘和纯度大于99.0%的进口K2S2O试剂及优级纯氢氧化钠试剂配成的碱性K2S2O8消解液和消解时间为30min条件下测得结果的空白吸光值为最优条件。

Factor of Influencing Blank Absorbency on Determination of Total Nitroaen in Water

Abstract:According to GB 11894-89, the blank absorbency of total nitrogen in water was always higher than the standard data (0.03), So the phenomenon was analyzed o The contrastive experiments were made and the result were influenced by the four different factors, reagent purity, grade trial water, way of wash the glassware and digestion time. The optimal condition is using ultra water, immersing the glassware in (1 +35) H2SO4, purity of K2S208 and NaOH (GR), 30min' s dispel time.
