摘    要:在室内自然降温条件下,研究了马来西亚红罗非鱼(Oreochromis mossambicus×0.niloticus)致死低温,检测了在温室越冬温度(17.8℃)和低温胁迫下开始死亡时红罗非鱼血清的生化指标。结果表明,当水温降到8.6℃时,马来西亚红罗非鱼开始死亡,死亡低温范围为8.6—6.4℃,半致死低温为7.6℃;8.6℃时,红罗非鱼血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)FAJ)]~L酸激酶同工酶(CK—MB)5种酶的活性显著高于17.8℃时Op〈0.05),肌酐(CREA)含量、I(+浓度显著上升Ok0.05),总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO),及Ca2‘含量小幅增加,而Na+和cr含量均显著下降(P〈0.05),胆固醇(CHOL)和甘油211(TG)含量略有降低。

Abstract:The lethal temperature was studied in Malaysian red tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus xO. niloticus) under indoor natural cooling, and serum biochemical indexes were tested at water temperature of 17.8~C and beginning of death in the red tilapia. The re- suits showed that red tilapia death appeared when the temperature dropped to 8.6~C, with range from 8.6~C to 6.4~C, and the LCs0 low temperature of 7.6~C. There were significantly higher activities of ALT, AST, LDH, ALP and CK-MB at 8.6~C compared with at 17.8~C (P〈0.05). The CREA level and the content ofK+ were found to be significantly increased (P〈0.05) at 8.6~C, while TP, ALB, GLO and the content of Ca2+ increased slightly. However, the contents of Na+ and C1- were significantly decreased (P〈0.05), with slightly lower CHOL and TG levels.
