摘 要: | 以鮸鱼(Miichthy s miiuy)为母本、大黄鱼为父本(Larimichthys crocea)的人工杂交试验结果表明:在水温25.4±0.4℃、盐度为28和pH为7.99的环境中,杂交鱼卵的胚胎发育过程需21h54min,刚孵出的仔鱼全长2.18mm。3d时,杂交仔鱼开口,口径为0.288±0.067mm。

Abstract: | The embryonic development was observed in hybrids between Chinese drum Miichthys miiuy ♀ and large yellow croaker Larimichthys crocea ♂ .It was found that the whole process of embryonic development took 21h 54 min at water temperature of 25.4±0.4℃, salinity 28 and pH 7.99. The newly hatched larvae had total length of 2.18 mm, and the 3 day old larvae with mouth width of 0.288 ± 0.067 mm began initial feeding. |
