不同营养盐对轮叶黑藻生长的影响

摘    要:为了探讨不同营养盐对轮叶黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)生长的影响,进行了6种营养因子在不同浓度下的轮叶黑藻室内栽种试验,通过与空白对照组比较栽种期间轮叶黑藻的生长情况及试验结束时轮叶黑藻的鲜重,了解其对不同营养盐的需求。结果表明,0.5 mg/L氯化铵对轮叶黑藻生长促进作用不大,1 mg/L、2 mg/L、4 mg/L氯化铵有明显的促生长作用,组间差距不大(P0.05),8 mg/L氯化铵组对轮叶黑藻的生长有抑制作用;随着磷酸氢钙浓度的增加,对轮叶黑藻的促生长作用增强,但各处理间差异不显著(P0.05);高浓度氯化钾(0.8 mg/L)对轮叶黑藻的生长有一定的抑制作用,中低浓度(0.1~0.4 mg/L)对轮叶黑藻的生长有促进作用;0.05 mg/L硫酸镁对轮叶黑藻的生长促进作用不大,高于0.1 mg/L时株高增长与浓度增加成正比;硫酸锌、硼酸钠在试验浓度下对轮叶黑藻的生长影响基本表现为正相关关系。

Abstract:Six kinds of nutrients in different concentrations were designed to investigate the effects of different nutrients on the growth of Hydrilla verticillata. The study was conducted by comparing the growth rate and the final fresh weight of H. verticillata in each experimental group and blank control group. The results showed that NH4Cl had little effect on the growth of H. verticillata at concentration of 0.5 mg/L, while the growth rate increased obviously at higher concentrations (1 mg/L, 2 mg/L and 4 mg/L) with little difference among the three groups. However, the growth rate was inhibited at NH4Cl concentration of 8 mg/L. The growth rate was positively correlated with concentration of CaHPO4, but there was no significant difference among groups with different concentrations (P>0.05). KCl promoted the growth rate at low and middle concentrations (0.1- 0.4 mg/L), but inhibited the growth rate at high concentration (0.8 mg/L). MgSO4 had little effect on the growth of H. verticillata at concentration of 0.05 mg/L, but at concentrations above 0.05 mg/L the growth rate was promoted. There was positive correlation between the growth of H. verticillata and the concentrations of ZnSO4 and Na2B4O7 during the experiment.
