太湖贡湖湾大型浮游动物群落结构的季节变化

摘    要:2006年7月至2007年6月对太湖贡湖湾浮游动物群落结构的季节变化进行了研究。整个研究期间,贡湖湾共鉴定出浮游动物35种;浮游动物年平均密度为467 ind.•L-1,年平均生物量为1.726 mg•L-1。贡湖湾浮游动物优势种为针簇多肢轮虫 (Polyarthra trigla) 和萼花臂尾轮虫 (Brachionus Calyciflorus),其中针簇多肢轮虫年平均密度为99 ind.•L-1,占浮游动物总数量的22 %,萼花臂尾轮虫年平均密度为49 ind.•L-1,占浮游动物总数量的11%。相关分析表明,轮虫数量与颗粒悬浮物浓度和桡足类生物量显著负相关;枝角类数量与轮虫生物量显著负相关;桡足类数量与水温和总磷呈显著正相关性,与枝角类生物量极显著正相关。

Seasonal Variations of Macrozooplankton Community in Gonghu Bay of Lake Taihu

Abstract:A study on seasonal variations of zooplankton community in Gonghu Bay in Lake Taihu, was conducted from Jul. 2006 to Jun. 2007. Thirty-five zooplankton species were identified in Gonghu Bay. The annual average density and biomass of zooplankton were 467 ind.•L-1 and 1.726 mg•L-1 in Gonghu Bay. In Gonghu Bay, Polyarthra trigla was dominant species, with 99 ind.•L-1 in density and contributing 22% to the total zooplankton abundance. And Brachionus Calyciflorus also was dominant species, with 49 ind.•L-1 in density and contributing 11% to the total zooplankton abundance. There were significant negatively correlations between the abundance of rotifer and concentration of suspended solids and the biomass of copepod. The abundance of cladoceran was significant negatively related to the biomass of rotifer. The correlation analysis showed the abundance of copepod was positive significantly related to water temperature, total phosphorous and the biomass of cladocearan.
