摘    要:生态系统模型是研究食物网结构和功能的重要方法,Ecopath是一个功能强大的生态系统模型,可量化生态系统结构和功能特征,进行现状评价、过程模拟及趋势预测,最终提出适宜的生态系统管理措施。本文对Ecopath方法进行了简要介绍,归纳了其在国内外水生态系统研究和管理中的应用实例,初探了其应用过程中存在的几点问题:在模型建立过程中,研究区域的生物种群动态及食性组成等基础研究的不足,会导致模型P/B、Q/B参数输入的准确性不高;对Ecopath模型的敏感度分析、输入参数的不确定度分析及模拟效果的评估,在该模型发展及应用过程中可能更受到关注。

Abstract:Ecosystem model is an important way to study food web structure and function, and Ecopath is a powerful ecosystem model, by which quantitatively analyze ecosystem structure and function, evaluate and simulate ecosystem development, and propose appropriate management. We gave a brief introduction of Ecopath approach advancement and development, summarized the methods applications in domestic and international aquatic ecosystems research and management, and analyzed the existed problem in the process of its application. If the research about biological population dynamics and diet composition was lack in the ecosystem, which would lead to be difficult to get the feeding data needed in the model, to decrease the accuracy of the P/B, Q/B input parameters calculation. It will be focused on the sensitivity analysis, uncertainty analysis of input parameter and evaluation of the Ecopath model simulation in the future development and application.
