基于文献计量学的溪流大型底栖无脊椎动物群落研究现状及热点分析

摘    要:全面梳理溪流大型底栖无脊椎动物群落的研究热点和演化路径,以期为溪流生态系统研究提供有价值的参考及对未来研究方向的启示。以Web of Science核心合集数据库中2009-2018年的2416篇文献为原始数据,基于文献计量学分析方法,探索溪流大型底栖无脊椎动物群落研究热点,归纳研究主题。研究发现:(1)溪流大型底栖无脊椎动物群落研究的论文数量总体上呈上升趋势,主要研究力量来自美国;(2)土地利用、水质和生物多样性等为溪流大型底栖无脊椎动物群落主要研究热点;(3)近10年来溪流大型底栖无脊椎动物群落研究主题为以下6大类:以水质为代表的环境因子与大型底栖无脊椎动物群落关系研究、以比较分析为手段的β生物多样性研究、多重环境压力对大型底栖无脊椎动物群落的影响研究、大型底栖无脊椎动物群落长期响应研究、季节性河流研究和大型底栖无脊椎动物群落生物特征研究等。

Abstract:A total of 2416 articles published in the Web of Science core collection database from 2009 to 2018 were analyzed using bibiometric analysis with CiteSpace software. The aim of the study was to make a knowledge map about macroinvertebrate community research in streams to explore the hypotheses that the scientists have been testing most, and to refine the perspectives in this area. The results demonstrated the following: (1) The number of papers published in an macroinvertebrate community in streams was on the growing stage in last ten years, and the main research force was from the United States; (2) Land use and land cover, water quality and biodiversity relating to macroinvertebrate communities were the three most popular research areas in the last ten years; (3) The main scientific hypotheses in the area of macroinvertebrate community in streams that the scientists have been focusing on in last ten years included as: the relationships between macroinvertebrate community and environmental factors, especially water quality; the study of beta diversity by means of comparative analysis; the multiple influences of environmental pressures on macroinvertebrate community; the study of long-term response of macroinvertebrate community to environmental changes; the study of macroinvertebrate community in intermittent rivers; and the study of biological traits of macroinvertebrate community. We comprehensively sorted out research hotspots and evolution paths in stream macroinvertebrate community research, and provided important basis and reference for future in-depth research.
