瓯江生态修复示范段大型底栖动物类群与微生境的关系

摘    要:在浙江瓯江生态修复示范段(水阁段和南山段)竣工初期,对9个样点的大型底栖动物类群与微生境因子进行了调查。结果表明,在生态修复段,大型底栖动物类群多样性与水生植被盖度显著正相关(r=0.787,P=0.012),与COD显著负相关(r=-0.680,P=0.044)。在4项主要水质指标中(TP、氨氮、COD、溶解氧),仅总磷(TP)含量与水蛭频度(r=-0.699,P=0.036)及椎实螺频度(r=-0.722,P=0.028)呈显著负相关;而水生植被盖度则与椎实螺密度(r=0.808,P=0.008)及频度(r=0.778,P=0.014)、水蛭频度(r=0.670,P=0.048)、蜉蝣频度密度(r=0.706,P=0.034)及频度(r=0.795,P=0.010)均显著正相关;相对于水质,水生植被盖度与主要大型底栖动物类群的关联可能更强。水阁段和南山段在岸线修复方式上有所差异,但两段间TP(P=0.065)、氨氮(P=0.285)、COD(P=0.635)、溶解氧(P=0.069)指标无显著差异,大型底栖动物类群也较为近似;而水阁段各样点之间水质和底栖动物类群较南山段的差异更大。

Abstract:The characteristics of macrobenthos and micro-habitat factors in 9 sites(in two exemplary sections namely Shuige and Nanshan) were investigated in exemplary sections of Oujiang Ecological Restoration Project.The results showed that the biodiversity of microbenthos was significantly and positively correlated with the coverage of aquatic plants(r=0.787,P=0.012),while negatively correlated with COD(r=-0.680,P=0.044).Among 4 water quality indices(TP,NH4-N,COD,DO),only TP was significantly correlated with the frequency of freshwater leeches(r=-0.699,P=0.036) and Lymnaeidae snails(r=-0.722,P=0.028);while the coverage of aquatic vegetation was significantly correlated with the density(r=0.808,P=0.008) and frequency(r=0.778,P=0.014) of Lymnaeidae snails,the frequency of freshwater leeches(r=0.670,P=0.048),the density(r=0.706,P=0.034) and frequency(r=0.795,P=0.010) of Ephemeroptera larvae.This may indicate that the coverage of aquatic vegetation might be more influential for the composition of macrobenthos.Nanshan section and Shuige section was different in the shoreline restoring method.There was no significant difference in the water quality between these two sections(Shuige and Nanshan) in terms of TP(P=0.065),NH4-N(P=0.285),COD(P=0.635),DO and(P=0.069).The macrobenthos compositions in the two sections were similar;however,the within-section variation of water quality and macrobenthos compositions in the Shuige section was larger than that in the Nanshan section.
