花溪十里河滩湿地丰水期浮游植物的群落结构特征

摘    要:为了解贵州花溪十里河滩丰水期浮游植物的群落结构特征和水质现状,于2013年丰水期对5个样点进行了采样,并根据浮游植物的组成、数量分布及群落指数,对水体营养及污染状况进行评价。结果表明,该研究区有浮游植物7门、10纲、17目、25科、38属、78种(包括11个变种);其中,硅藻门最多,有45种,占浮游植物种类的57.70%;绿藻次之,有19种,占24.36%;蓝藻门8种,占10.26%。浮游植物平均密度为51.82×104个/L。花溪十里河滩丰水期水质属于贫-中营养型。

Abstract:In order to reveal the phytoplankton community structure and assess the pollution status and water quality in wetland of Huaxi Ten-li Beach in wet season, phytoplankton were sampled at five sites in September of 2013. Species composition, quantitative distribution as well as community index of the phytoplankton were analyzed in this study. The results showed that seventy eight species (including 11 varieties )were observed, belonging to 38 genera, 25 families, 17 orders, 10 classes, and 7 divisions with the dominance of Bacillariophyta(45 species), Chlorophyta(19 species) and Cyanophyta(8 species) accounting for 57.70%, 24.36% and 10.26% of the total phytoplankton species, respectively.The average density of phytoplankton was 51.822×104 cells/L. As a result, the water quality of Huaxi Ten-li Beach was in oligotrophic-mesotrophic status.
