| 摘 要： | 从“压力-状态-响应”指标框架体系出发，针对秦皇岛市水环境生态系统的现状特点，建立了秦皇岛市水环境安全评价指标体系；采用综合指数法得到水环境综合安全度。水环境安全评价结果表明，秦皇岛市水环境的安伞度相对较低，为0．388；在各子系统中，水环境子系统远低于全国平均水平，是影响秦皇岛市水环境安全的脆弱系统，其中恩格尔系数、化肥施用负荷、人均水资源量、地下水开采系数、生态用水占径流量的百分比、水资源利用率、河流污染百分比等因素是秦皇岛市水环境安全的敏感因子。
