摘    要:在长白山地区某林蛙养殖场送检的红腿病病例中分离病原体,鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌,根据已发表的嗜水气单胞菌(溶血素基因AF443388)序列设计了一对特异性引物,通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增出一条约952 bp的基因片段,将该基因克隆到pMD-18T载体上,通过核苷酸序列测定,结果表明此序列与已发表的其他AH溶血素基因序列具有很高的同源性.为进一步对该病的分子流行病学调查,以及准确诊断和治疗提供依据.

Abstract:A pathogen of red leg sickness wood frog's was isolated and identified as Aeromonas hydrophila(AH) in wood frog Rana chensinensis in Changbai mountain regions.A pair of primer was designed and synthesized to test AH(Aer gene AF443388)in gene rank.A 952-basepair fragment was amplified.The purified PCR product was cloned into pMD-18T vector.The sequences of AH gene had high homology with the other AH gene.It will provide basis for the investigation and the ollarate diagnosis of epidemiology.
