摘    要:利用生物信息学方法寻找与人类Ⅱ型糖尿病相关的Tcf7L2基因在紫色球海胆中的同源基因Tcf/lef,对该基因的序列、外显子信息、编码蛋白及其理化性质进行分析,并预测其编码蛋白的结构与功能,构建其同源基因的系统进化树,旨在为今后的研究提供一定的依据。

Abstract:The sea urchin Strongylocentrotus purpuratus genome project had been completed and took a vital significance in life sciences.In this article,the bioinformatics was used to seek the homologous gene of Tcf 7L2 in the sea urchin which was involved in human Type 2 Diabetes.The sequence of Tcf/lef gene,exons,the Tcf/lef gene coding protein,Tcf/Lef,and its physical and chemical characteristics were determined.The phylogenetic tree for the homologous gene evolution was established,which will provide certain basis for the future research.
