超声波平板法检测溶藻弧菌HY9901生物被膜的研究

摘    要:以溶藻弧菌为研究对象,对定量检测生物被膜的超声波平板法进行条件优化,对优化的超声波平板法与平板擦拭法进行比较,并采用银染法进行验证.试验结果表明,优化的超声波平板法的最佳条件为:超声波功率120 W,处理14 min,处理温度25 ℃,优于平板擦拭法.

Abstract:Biofilms are characterized by widespread and hard to be detected and eliminated,which are potential risk to aquaculture production and fishery product safety.The ultrasonic-plate method was optimized to eliminate bacterium Vibrio alginolyticus as a biofilms model strain and compared with the plate-swabbing method and then the silver-staining method was used for verification.The results showed that the optimal conditions for ultrasonic-plate method were found to be: ultrasonic power of 120 W,treatment time 1...
