杀虫剂与银杏果皮提取物复配杀灭鱼类指环虫

以人工感染金鱼鳃上指环虫的杀灭率和金鱼死亡率为指标,研究甲苯咪唑、吡喹酮、托曲珠利及敌百虫4种杀虫剂与银杏果皮提取物复配前后的杀虫效果和毒性。试验结果表明,4种杀虫剂在较低质量浓度与银杏果皮复配后杀虫效果均有不同程度的提高。0.25mg/L甲苯咪唑复配前杀虫率为78.08%,复配后杀虫率提高至93.84%(P0.05),0.25、0.50、1.00mg/L吡喹酮复配前杀虫率分别为51.37%、70.32%、81.51%,复配后提高至90.41%、99.24%、99.02%,且均差异显著(P0.05),0.25、0.50mg/L托曲珠利复配前杀虫率为47.26%、60.96%,复配后提高至87.82%、95.72%,差异显著(P0.05),0.25、0.50、1.00mg/L敌百虫复配后杀虫率分别为67.81%、94.52%、99.31%,显著高于复配前杀虫率(P0.05)。在低质量浓度下,4种杀虫剂复配后对金鱼的毒性影响较小。

Treatment of Dactytogyrus in Gills of Crucian Carp Carassius auratus by Parasiticides Combined with Extract of Ginkgo biloba

The anthelmintic efficacy of four parasiticides:mebendazole,praziquantel,toltrazuril,and trichlorphon combined with extract of Ginkgo biloba against Dactylogyrus was investigated under in vivo condition,and the mortality of crucian carp(Carassius auratus) invaded by the worm was also determined.The results showed that the combined efficacy of four parasiticides with the extract was increased in different extent compared with by parasiticide or extract treated only at lower concentrations.For mebendazole,the efficacy was found to be increased from 78.08% to 93.84%(P<0.05) at 0.25 mg/L.The praziquantel had increase in efficacy from 51.37%,70.32%,81.51% to 90.41%,99.24%,and 99.02% when it was administrated at 0.25,0.50,and 1.00 mg/L,respectively.In regarding to toltrazuril,the efficacy was increased from 47.26%,and 60.96% to 87.82% and 95.72% at 0.25,and 0.50 mg/L,respectively.For trichlorphon,the combined efficacy with extract of G.biloba reached 67.81% at 0.25 mg/L,94.52% at 0.50 mg/L,and 99.31% at 1.00 mg/L,much higher than the efficacy of trichlorphon solely used.In addition,four parasiticides were safe to the crucian carp when combined with G.biloba extract at lower concentration.
