Cd~(2+)、Cu~(2+)及石油烃对毛蚶谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用浓度梯度污染暴露室内模拟方法,研究了不同浓度的石油烃和Cd2+、Cu2+对毛蚶谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性的影响。不同质量浓度的Cd2+处理毛蚶16d,谷胱甘肽S-转移酶与对照组无显著变化;而Cu2+处理组,谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性受到显著的抑制;石油烃处理组,明显地诱导毛蚶谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性。结果表明,毛蚶体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶对重金属Cd2+的变化不敏感;毛蚶体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性受到重金属Cu2+抑制,但其最大抑制率低于50%;石油烃诱导毛蚶体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性,最大诱导率高于50%,其谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性的变化与石油烃的质量浓度显著相关。毛蚶体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性可作为生物标志物用来评价水生态系统中石油烃的污染程度。

Abstract:This study aims to investigate the effects of cadmium,copper and petroleum hydrocarbons(PHCs) on glutathione S-transferase(GST) activity clam in Scapharca subcrenatas.which were exposed to various concentrations of cadmium,copper and PHCs for 4,10,16 days,respectively.Cadmium was no found to have significant effects on GST activity of the clam,while copper to cause a significant reduction of GST and PHCs to lead to significant induction of GST.The results indicated that the GST was not sensitive to cadmium,and inhibited by copper at the maximal rate of less than 50%.The GST was induced by PHCs at the maximal rate of more than 50%.Moreover,the change in GST activity was significantly related to the concentrations of PHCs.Therefore,it may be used as a biomarker of PHCs in the contaminated aquatic ecosystem.
