大钦岛海区虾夷扇贝采苗试验

2010年在山东长岛县大钦岛南部海区进行虾夷扇贝采苗试验。采用规格为35cm×50cm的12目聚乙烯网袋组成的采苗器,垂挂于浮筏上,第一组网袋距离水面约3m,采苗器下端绑系质量约4kg坠石。试验结果表明,5月26日至6月1日投放采苗器平均采苗量40～50个/袋,6月6日投放采苗器平均采苗量10个/袋。3m、5m、8m采苗水层分别为30个/袋、48个/袋、71个/袋。远岸区平均采苗46个/袋,近岸区平均采苗24个/袋。

Wild Spat Collection of Japanese Scallop Patinopecten yessoensis in Coastal Daqin Island, Shandong Province

The wild spat collection of introduced Japanese scallop Patinopecten yessoensis was conducted in coastal Daqin Island,Shandong province,in 2010.The collectors prepared by a 35 cm×50 cm polyethylene bag with mesh size of sieve number 12 was hung from the floating raft under water surface of about 3 m(the first group) of net distance,seedling picking device with weight about 4 kg rockfalls ties.The collectors were found to collect the spat at a density of 40~50 ind./bag from May 26 to June 1;while on June 6,the density was found to be 10 ind./bag.There were in the spat collectors at a density of 30 ind./bag at the depth of 3 m,48 ind./bag at the depth of 5 m,and 71 ind./bag at the depth of 8 m.The off-shore density of spat collection was found 46 ind./bag while the nearshore density of spat collection was 24 ind./bag.
